牛油蛋糕(分蛋式)~ Butter Cake

今天突然想吃牛油蛋糕,也是我第一次做分蛋式。看来应该是用错摸了。要烘完了,发不够高。




一倒扣, 蛋糕不到5分钟就掉下来了。还好没事。^^


125 gm. Butter
125g Cake Margarine (I use 250g of butter)
100g Sugar (I use 80g of sugar)
1t Vanilla Essence
90g Egg Yolk
1T Evaporated milk (I use fresh milk)
200g Cake flour
1/2t Baking powder
a pinch of salt (I omit this)
160g Egg White
100g Sugar



刚抓到一只老鼠。哈哈哈!:D

- I use 20cm chiffon mould. 
- Baked @175c for 45mins
